Does Jump offer regular affiliate links too?
Yes, Jump gives you the option to give your affiliates their very own storefront, affiliate links, product page links, promo codes, referral links, and more. The platform is fully customizable.
What are Anti-Fraud Discount Codes?
Anti-fraud discount codes are simply personalized discount codes your affiliates can share with their community, however, once a code is used once for a sale, then it will expire after 48 hours. This helps minimize abuse of any code sharing on coupon websites.
Does Jump offer MLM features?
Yes, Jump launched a new type of Multi-Level Referral program that is different than what has been done in the past. With our new model, every referral starts equitably at the same commission as every other affiliate. However, primary affiliates get an additional commission on each sub-affiliate sale. There are no commission cuts on down-lines.
Does Jump charge a revenue share?
No, unlike most other affiliate platforms, Jump only charges a fixed monthly subscription fee and there are no hidden fees. You can see our pricing plans above.
Can brands request custom features?
Yes, we encourage all our merchants to request any features we may not have on the Jump platform. We do our best to facilitate any feature requests by adding them to our feature roadmap. Jump is here to give your brand its ideal affiliate platform.
What are Brower-Safe Links?
As you may have experienced - many affiliate programs use UTM links or cookies that are being removed by modern browsers as a security measure. Not Jump. Jump uses new age technology to track an affiliate's sale from sharing link to conversion. Attribution is everything!
Do I need a PayPal account to pay my affiliates?
No, you can pay with card, PayPal, or can manually pay your affiliates outside the platform.
How long does it take to launch a Jump Affiliate Program?
Experienced affiliate managers can launch your affiliate program within 5 minutes of install. For beginners, Jump is happy to help you set up the entire affiliate program at no additional cost, no matter the plan you are on and this can be done over a 15 minute call.
